Return Policy

Retail Store Purchases

Muk Luks® merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and/or department stores must be returned to the original location where purchased. Please contact the retailer or individual store for their return policy.

Unused merchandise will be eligible for a full refund, less any shipping charges, within 60 days of date of purchase.
Customer must provide a return slip. Blank return slip is available here for download. Return slip must list item number and order number. These can both be found on your original order confirmation email. If you do not have a printer, please write down the required information clearly on a piece of paper.
Item must have original tags.
Please note all refunds will be issued to the original purchaser. Muk Luks® reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy requirement.

Where and How to Ship Muk-luks.com Purchases

How: Pack your return securely in its original packaging (if possible). Place the top half of your return slip (including your order number, item number, and return reason code) inside the package. Please allow 7-10 business days, excluding the holiday season, for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once the return is processed.

Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, a flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies.

Orders normally ship within 3-6 business days. Please note during the holiday season orders may take longer to process. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may take 3 weeks for delivery.
