Refund policy

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES
Muk Luks® merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and/or department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the retailer/individual store for their policy.

MUK-LUKS.COM PURCHASES
Unused Merchandise will be eligible for a full refund less any shipping charges withing 60 days of purchase. Customer must provide packing slip and item must have original tags attached.

Defective Merchandise will be eligible for a full refund less any shipping charges withing 60 days of purchase date. Customer must provide proof of purchase along with images and description of defect. Muk Luks® reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy requirement.

CLEARANCE
Clearance Sale Merchandise is a final sale and can not be returned.

HOW TO SHIP MUK-LUKS.COM PURCHASES
Please pack your return securely in its original packing (if possible). Place the top half of your packing slip, which includes your order number and return reason code, inside the package. Please allow 7-10 business days, (excluding the Holiday Season), for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once the return is processed.
